Emergency & Urgent Care Services
You are welcome to call our ER service any time to discuss sending a patient for emergency or urgent care.
- Emergency and urgent care services are available 24/7—no appointment necessary. When sending a patient for emergency care, we encourage direct doctor-to-doctor communication to discuss the patient’s specific needs.
- When referring a patient, we kindly ask that you send us all relevant medical records, lab work, and imaging before their arrival.
Making Appointments
Appointments with a Specialist
Veterinarians and clients are welcome to call us 7 days a week, 7 AM to 11 PM, to schedule an appointment with one of our board-certified specialists in:
- Internal Medicine
- Surgery
- Oncology
- Radiology/Ultrasound
- Cardiology
To ensure the best care for your patients, we appreciate receiving a case summary before the appointment. Please include lab work, diagnostics, and radiographs when available.
Our specialists are also available for phone consultations for veterinarians when needed.
Phone Consultations
Our Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Cardiology, and Critical Care specialists are available for phone consultations with family veterinarians. Whether you need a quick second opinion or a more detailed case discussion, we’re here to support you.
- Brief Phone Consultations: 15-minute or less consultation without a written report at no charge
- In-depth Phone Consultations with Written Reports
- Telemedicine Consultations
