Lisa Brownlee, DVM MS

Dr. Brownlee is a native Canuck, hailing from Victoria, British Columbia. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science degree in Developmental Biology from the University of Victoria, followed by her DVM from the University of Saskatchewan. She completed an internship and residency at Washington State University, becoming board certified in Internal Medicine (small animal) in 2001. Since then, she has worked in both academia and private practice. While internists are fond of challenging cases that involve everything from infectious disease, respiratory ailments and gastrointestinal distress, Dr. Brownlee has a special penchant for endocrinology and she loves endoscopy!
Dr. Brownlee and her husband frequently return to the West Coast to enjoy friends, family, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. As time allows, they enjoy venturing around Colorado and relaxing with their family, which includes two children, a Bullmastiff named Lola, a little Chihuahua-Dachshund cross named Linus and a Dalmatian named Crosby.
