Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine – Medical Oncology

I’m originally from the East Coast, born in New Jersey and raised in Virginia. My veterinary medicine journey began with undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech – Go Hokies! In 2012, I earned my veterinary degree on the West Coast, at the Western University of Health Sciences. While in vet school, I met my husband, a fellow veterinarian.

After graduation, I returned to the East Coast for a challenging and rewarding internship year at Oradell Animal Hospital, a 24-hour referral and ER hospital in New Jersey. From there, I moved to Colorado to pursue my dream residency at CSU’s Flint Animal Cancer Center, where I also earned a master’s degree in 2016.

Joining the Four Seasons team immediately after my residency, I’ve had the opportunity to grow the oncology service from the ground up. For me, oncology is about more than just treating cancer – it’s about supporting families through every step of their pet’s journey. I’m as passionate about offering cutting-edge diagnostics and advanced cancer treatments, as I am about providing compassionate palliative care, tailor-made for each patient.

Outside of work, my husband and I stay busy cheering on our two kids in their extracurricular activities. We love exploring Colorado and the National Parks in our camper. You’ll often find me running, practicing yoga, or reading, while hanging with our crew of pets – Alfie, the goldendoodle, Ellie, the Golden Retriever, Linus, the scruffy tripod, Dill & Pickle, the black kitties and Sophia, the chinchilla.
